We strive to provide excellent service to our guests. Cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other guests waiting for appointments.
No shows means that artist is left to take a loss. In such unprecedented times we strive to provide services for those who value not only their own time, but others’ as well. We also hope to provide a steady stream of income for our talented artists.
We ask that you give us at least
24-hours notice for appointments under 2-hours in duration
48-hours notice for appointments with a duration of 2 + hours
Guests who do not cancel their appointments in the required time frames or do not show up for their reserved appointment times are considered a “No-show”.
After 2 No-Show
We will require a 50% non refundable deposit to book your next appointment. This deposit will go towards that visit. If you no show to that appointment, your deposit is lost and cannot be transferred to your next booking. Each new booking will require a new deposit.
Please call us if you think you will arrive late for your appointment time. If possible, we will try to adjust our schedule and accommodate. However, it is possible we may ask you to reschedule your visit to another day if it interferes with another client’s appointment time.
Permanent Makeup Policy
For all permanent makeup appointments, you can reschedule with 7 days advance notice without a fee. Rescheduling with less than 7 days notice will incur a $50 charge. Any rescheduling after your first will also incur a $50 fee.
