We strive to provide excellent service to our guests. Cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other guests waiting for appointments.
No-shows mean that artists are left to take a loss. In such unprecedented times, we strive to provide services for those who value not only their own time but others as well. We also hope to provide a steady income for our talented artists. We thank you for your understanding and consideration.
When canceling or rescheduling, we ask that you give us at least
24-hours notice for appointments under 2-hours in duration
48-hours notice for appointments with a duration of 2 + hours
Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit to book your appointment.
That deposit will go towards that visit.
If you cancel or reschedule before 24-48 hour allotted window, you can choose a refund back on your card or transfer that deposit to your new booking.
If you cancel or reschedule after the 24-48 hour allotted window, your deposit will be lost. If a deposit was not made, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service booked.
If you cancel a barber service last minute, the fee is $20+
If you no-show to your appointment, (no communication on canceling and don’t show up) you will be charged 100% of that service cost. (psssst…. just give us a call!)
If your stylist has to reschedule you for any reason, you can choose to get your deposit refunded to you or transferred to your next appointment.
No-shows to consults without communication (not calling in to cancel) will incur a $20 fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Please call us if you will arrive late for your appointment. If possible, we will try to adjust our schedule and accommodate. However, it is possible we may ask you to reschedule your visit if it interferes with another client’s appointment time. Depending on how late you will be, you may forfeit your deposit if we cannot fit you in due to the time constraint.
Permanent Makeup Policy
For all permanent makeup appointments.
$150 non-refundable deposit is required to book.
Your deposit goes towards your appointment.
You can reschedule within 7 days advance notice without a fee.
Rescheduling with less than 7 days notice will incur a $50 charge.
Any rescheduling after your first will also incur a $50 fee.
Rescheduling the same day will forfeit your deposit and you will need to put a new deposit for a new booking.
